A family owned and operated business, Carlo's at Watson is jointly managed by brothers Karl and Con Castrissios.

Head Chef Ben Harrison has seen Carlo's grow over the past seven years and his creativity and enthusiasm have contributed to its continued success. His highly experienced team of chefs and apprentices has a vast range of experience throughout Australia and overseas resulting in an exciting, cosmopolitan cuisine.

Carlo's is fully licensed, and can seat 75 people inside and 45 outside. We can cater for large bookings, and have a variety of set menus for this purpose.

Carlo's welcomed its first customers in February 2000 and is open Monday thru Saturday from 7am till late and Sundays from 7am to 3pm.
