In February 2005, Carlo's at Watson celebrated five years of success with a cocktail evening on Sunday 13 February. ACT Chief Minister, Jon Stanhope, attended as guest of honour, as did ACT Senators Kate Lundy and Gary Humphries. Former Chief Minster, Kate Carnell, who officially opened Carlo's in 2000, also attended, as did the 104.7 brekky crew, Chris and Sarah.

Everyone had a great night, and Karl and Con would like to thank everyone for attending, as well as all their customers, staff and suppliers who have made this possible. We look forward to many more years of trading to come.
